These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Captcha.fun website, dashboard, and REST API (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, adding credits, or calling the API, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Quick rules
- Do not share, sell, or publish your API key.
- Do not attempt to bypass billing or abuse free credits.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and third party site terms.
- Do not resell or white label the Services without our written approval.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or our Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Definitions
- Captcha.fun, we, us, or our means 1001519762 ONTARIO INC., operating the Captcha.fun platform.
- You or Customer means the individual or entity using the Services.
- API means the Captcha.fun application programming interface and related endpoints documented at docs.captcha.fun.
- Credits means prepaid balance used to pay for successful solves.
- Account means your registered dashboard profile and associated API keys.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you register on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. We may refuse service, close accounts, or change eligibility requirements at any time.
4. Accounts and API keys
- Registration information must be accurate and kept current.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding API keys and dashboard credentials.
- Notify us immediately at support@captcha.fun if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may reset credentials or suspend keys to protect the platform.
5. Service description
Captcha.fun provides automated CAPTCHA solving through a prepaid REST API. Supported CAPTCHA types, pricing, and availability are described on our website and documentation. We may add, change, or retire supported types as third party providers evolve.
Services are delivered online. Your API key is issued after registration and remains available in the dashboard. Completing a payment confirms that prepaid credits have been made available to your account.
6. Availability and performance
We target high uptime and strong solve rates, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, fixed response times, or success on every target site. Third party CAPTCHA changes, target site policies, network issues, or maintenance may affect results. We do not provide site specific maintenance guarantees unless agreed in a separate written enterprise agreement.
7. Billing and credits
The Services operate on a prepaid credit model. Pricing is published on our website. Credits are consumed only for successful solves unless otherwise stated in your plan or on the pricing page. Failed or timed out attempts are not billed for pay per success products.
We may change prices, packages, or billing mechanics by posting updates on the website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Detailed payment and refund rules are in our Refund Policy.
8. License and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. All website content, branding, software, and documentation remain our property or our licensors' property.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or copy our platform except where law permits.
- Remove proprietary notices from our materials.
- Use our trademarks without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
Use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited conduct includes spam, fraud, credential stuffing, unlawful scraping, reselling without permission, and any activity that violates applicable law or a third party's terms.
10. Term and termination
These Terms begin when you first use the Services and continue until terminated. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations, risk to the platform, non payment, or legal requirements. On termination we may delete account data subject to our retention obligations in the Privacy Policy.
Inactive accounts may be closed after extended non use. We are not obligated to refund unused credits on termination except as stated in the Refund Policy.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER CAPTCHA.FUN NOR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES IN ANY MONTH WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
14. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party right.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or dashboard notice. If you continue using the Services after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
16. Dispute resolution and governing law
Please contact support@captcha.fun first so we can try to resolve disputes informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
